Dynasty Creatives’ Role in Shaping EVEN’s Future

Dynasty Creatives was engaged by EVEN, Inc. to launch and manage a robust Registered Apprenticeship Program aimed at creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive pathway for underrepresented groups in the backstage technical industry.

Under the leadership of Dynasty Creatives’ founder, Colby Wilson, the consultancy oversaw every aspect of program development—including program implementation and administration, apprenticeship job placement, strategic planning, marketing, and community engagement strategies, specifically with high schools through pre-apprenticeship partnerships.

The work also encompassed creating program budgets, coordinating partner events, ensuring compliance with state and federal apprenticeship standards, and managing the development of asynchronous original training content housed on a learning management system.

The success of the contract led to Colby Wilson joining EVEN full-time as Director of Programming, where he continues to steward the program’s growth, strengthen industry partnerships, and champion equity-driven talent development in live events.
