At Dynasty Creatives, we believe that style and storytelling are powerful tools for transformation — especially when paired with community engagement and education. Our work goes beyond photoshoots and events; we’re deeply committed to creating pathways for emerging talent to thrive in creative industries.

That’s why we’re proud to have been contracted to manage Diversify the Stage’s (DTS) Apprenticeship Program in Live Events. DTS was a national initiative dedicated to breaking down barriers and building access for historically excluded communities in live entertainment. Their mission to diversify pipelines in concert touring, production, and event management aligned seamlessly with our own values of equity, empowerment, and excellence. As program manager, Dynasty Creatives oversaw the day-to-day operations, mentorship matching, and overall flow of the experience, ensuring apprentices are both supported and seen.

In addition, Dynasty Creatives has managed programming and organizational development for the Events Vocational Education Network (EVEN). EVEN’s Registered Apprenticeship Program being the primarily program is a structured, program that combines paid on-the-job training with expert-led instruction in the live events industry.

While Dynasty Creatives doesn’t currently host its own apprenticeship program, we’re already laying the groundwork. Our vision is a homegrown initiative that will offer intentional training, real-world experience, and high-impact networking for youth and young adults interested in careers in creative careers. Because we know talent is everywhere — it just needs access, exposure, and the right team cheering it on.

For us, creativity isn’t just about what you wear or how you look on camera — it’s about building bridges, shifting narratives, and equipping the next generation to lead with vision. And at Dynasty Creatives, we’re just getting started.
