For two consecutive years, Dynasty Creatives proudly served as the engine behind the scenes of the annual Lyons Avenue Renaissance Festival, held in Houston’s historic 5th Ward in partnership with the Fifth Ward Community Redevelopment Corporation (FWCRC).

This beloved community event is a vibrant celebration of the 5th Ward’s rich cultural legacy — featuring live music, local art, food vendors, family activities, and powerful tributes to the neighborhood’s heritage. With thousands in attendance each year, the festival stands as a bold expression of Black excellence, creativity, and community pride.

Dynasty Creatives played a leading role in coordinating and managing the festival by overseeing key committees responsible for logistics such as:

• Permitting and city compliance
